About the role

This hands-on role is both strategic and tactical, requiring close collaboration with management, executives, and various specialists.
They will work closely with architects, engineers, and fabricators to gather information, review drawings for compliance, supervise detailers, and conduct quality checks.
This role presents an opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of steel detailing projects, while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Oversee and manage steel detailing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and fabricators to gather necessary information for project execution.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to streamline workflows.

We provide contractor support engineering, tower crane engineering, skip hoist engineering, shoring and reshoring design, connection design, and erection engineering.
We also partner with contractors and sub-contractors to provide value engineering ideas and perform structural design on design-build projects.
The Senior BIM Modeler will oversee and manage steel detailing projects, ensuring accurate and timely completion of deliverables.

Extensive experience in steel detailing and knowledge of fabrication processes.
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
An associate degree in Detailing or similar, or 10 years minimum structural steel detailing experience.
