Responsibilities
- Provide SAP Reimbursable (RM) functional support for the Army GFEBS-SA Program
- Engage end user community/process owners to define requirements, and translate those business needs to guide the design process and make system design decisions
- Review/approve documentation (system functional designs, system configuration designs/rationale, test models, test results, and training documentation)
- Assist DFAS Accounts Receivable team from a systems and business process and accounting support perspective
- Ability to build out repeatable reporting functionality for routine analysis to assist commands and end users

Requirements
- SAP consultant with 3-5 years of experience in public sector or DOD.
- Required Skills and Experience:
Nice to have
- Performing Year End Closing function
- Understanding how the Reimbursable business process is interwoven with the other processes (i.e. FI/FM and Spending Chain)
- Experience in one of the following areas is also a plus:
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Secret security clearance and willing to obtain a Top Secret
- SAP consultant with 3-5 years of experience in public sector or DOD. GFEBS.
- Excellent communication skills at any organizational level to articulate customer needs, changes necessary, how to train end-users, etc.
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Ability to be self-directed in the completion of individual work assignments.
- Ability to provide deliverables to the client on time.
- Customer serving personality with ability to working collaboratively with others.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong professional, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Position requires 5 days on site in client office in a SCIF.
- GFEBS-SA experience
Compensation
- $105,000 - $170,000 USD
- The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
