Requirements
- 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Flexibility for weekly shift rotations (M-A-D) is required.
Nice to have
- Proven track record of possessing a proactive, constructive approach and a high level of focus in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results both alone and in cross-functional teams
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- The expected compensation for this position is $62,545, which includes base pay and variable incentive pay, if eligible.
- Wage progression will be based on the CBA.
- This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
