Responsibilities

  • Own Radar's content strategy, editorial calendar, and content engine
  • Build and scale Radar's webinar program, from topic development and speaker recruitment to promotion and content repurposing
  • Develop SEO and AI search strategies that increase Radar's visibility across search engines and AI-powered answer experiences
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to create content that supports pipeline and revenue growth
  • Experience building content programs and editorial calendars that drive measurable business results

Requirements

  • You have an incredibly high quality bar and strong attention to detail
  • You know how to make complex technical concepts simple and engaging
  • Experience running webinars, thought leadership programs, or recurring content series
  • Strong understanding of SEO, AI search, and modern content distribution
