About the role
- Act as the primary interface with customers, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary customer interface, this role leads multi‑disciplinary teams and subcontractors, manages risk and financial performance, and mentors junior project managers to drive successful outcomes on projects valued at $50M+.
- Preserve integrated system design to meet performance and technical specification requirements.
- Manage the project master schedule to achieve timely completion of contracts.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Manage project cash flow and deliverables against price/time curves, exercising overall profit responsibility.
- Strong leadership capability to build, unify, and motivate project teams.

- Assume administrative, contractual, technical, and financial control of assigned projects.
- supervise and mentor Project Managers (levels 1 and 2).
- Provide monthly project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Promote effective collaboration among departments and foster team development.
- Travel as required, including extended periods during commissioning and acceptance phases.
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large projects ($50M+).
- 10+ years of experience in the construction and/or material handling industry.
Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal and written).
