About the role
- Review customer purchase orders, signed quotes, credit applications, tax-exempt certificates, project information sheets, payment bonds, and audited financial statements for completeness and accuracy.
- Review purchase orders (POs) for accuracy, including names, part numbers, quantities, and relevant details.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate project and customer information across Salesforce, BMS, Vertex, CLM, SharePoint, and other internal systems.
- Support the sales organization by facilitating timely project approvals to minimize delays to production and project execution.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Customer Service Skills Microsoft Suite Skills Multi-tasking Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working in ERP, CRM, or business management systems (Salesforce experience highly preferred).
- Experience in order management and customer service is a plus.
- Additional Information The Data Entry Analyst will verify order details, confirm items, and provide customer follow-up as needed.
- Selected candidates will be invited to participate in 30-minute Zoom interviews once the manager is ready to begin the interview process.
