About the role
- In this role, you'll help with staff onboarding and training, scheduling, performance management, hiring, coaching, and day-to-day problem solving to keep the clinic running smoothly.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hiring range generally between $34.42/hour to $ 42.66 /hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.
- This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of clinic operational areas.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, and the ability to confront and address issues with staff.
- PC utilization and software skills required.
- Ability to assess performance of employees
- Must be familiar with HR employment law, record keeping and confidentiality fundamentals

Nice to have
- Minimum of two years' experience in a medic a l office setting, medic a l business office setting, or insurance industry setting preferred.
- Previous supervisor y experience strongly preferred.
Compensation
- Compensation packages and time off programs vary and are dependent on factors such as department, position type, primary work state and FTE.
