- Own reconciliation: dive deep into loan-level numbers, identify mismatches between customer source data and Hypercore, and drive them to resolution with precision
- Manage stakeholders: run project timelines, communicate risks early, and keep senior stakeholders aligned across multi-month implementations

Requirements
- 3-6 years in commercial loan operations, loan administration, or LMS implementation - with at least one year of hands-on experience in private credit
