Responsibilities
- As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed new and existing business acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to refine and enhance sales strategies.
- Lead negotiations, address objections, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Adept at managing sales forecasts and developing strategies to bridge gaps to achieve targeted results.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive market.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of IT managed services, Networking, and AV Industry preferred.
Compensation
- Expected total compensation is $120k - $280k OTE
- The EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
