Perform all aspects of the engine testing, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting procedures in accordance with Standard Work, appropriate technical references, Repair Station Manuals, and GE policies and procedures
Partner with cross-functional teams including EHS, quality, engineering, planning, and materials to support operational initiatives, achieve strategic business objectives, and support constant improvement site-wide
Document all work performed and book time using the site's ERP software

Minimum high school diploma / GED with 4-5 years of aircraft engine testing experience
FAA Powerplant License or FAA form 8610-2 and ability to obtain Powerplant License before start of SkillBridge
Knowledge of borescope inspection
Experience with LEAP & GE GenX engines and engine runs
Experience as a Test Throttle operator
Experience as a Engine Test Site Operator

Military DoD SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from GE Aerospace, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.

Perform supplementary shop and housekeeping duties as a part of the site's 5S and Total Proactive Maintenance initiatives
