Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for leadership team members as requested.
  • Ensure client documents are properly filed and that client information is available as needed.
  • Maintain client confidentiality by protecting all client information in accordance with professional and legal standards.
  • Displays ability to learn and willingness to perform all tasks and to assist others.
  • Willing to support Firm-wide best practices and offer suggestions for leaders to consider to improve processes.
  • Ability to operate multiple phone lines, conference and video equipment, and document production equipment, etc.
  • Full working knowledge of the forms, documents, reports, etc. produced by the department.
  • Exceptional human relations skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with associates and clients.

Requirements

  • Proficient in the use of specific office software required to support the office/department, including, but not limited to STAR, Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, electronic delivery software, etc.
  • Understanding the theory and techniques of the department, consistent with the knowledge that could be obtained in an associate's degree program.

Skills

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrates professional image, maturity, self-confidence, and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrates ethical behavior in accordance with professional standards.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes.
  • Ability to adhere to project budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Articulate in speech and writing; communicates in a clear, fact-based manner.
  • Asks concise, targeted questions in order to fulfill objectives and task completion.

Compensation

  • Coordinate bi-annual HRS Development Day planning details and attend the two in-person events.
