About the role
- Also participates in budget development and billing for the department/program and is responsible for its implementation and management.
- Organize and supervise the provision of community meetings, safety of groups, process groups and rehab activity groups to clients as needed and services including assessment, treatment planning and direct treatment services.
- Recruit, select, hire, evaluate, supervise and discipline group/activity therapists and aides.

Requirements
- Masters degree in social work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family, Child Counseling from an accredited college or university.
- Active California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage, Family Therapist (LMFT)
Compensation
- Offering a salary that matches your skills and experience.
- 85K - 110K USD Per Year Working Location:
- Torrance, CA Working Hours/Shift:
- Monday - Friday (hours may vary)
