About the role
- Security Officers are responsible for the safety of patrons, employees and the Wynn and Encore Property.
- Asset Protection & Compliance - Escort cash, chips, and other valuables across the property. - Verify IDs and ensure compliance with age restrictions and gaming laws. - Protect company assets and assist in safeguarding gaming operations.

Responsibilities
- De-escalate conflicts and manage disorderly conduct professionally.
- Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter misconduct.
- Deliver exceptional guest service while enforcing security standards.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move as required
- Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming license / work cards.
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
Nice to have
- Patrol casino floor, hotel areas, and property perimeter to identify potential risks, hazards, or suspicious activity.
- Prevent theft, fraud, cheating, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
- Enforce all company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
- Administer first aid/CPR as trained.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
