Responsibilities
- Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
- Pre-set qualified leads-focus on closing, not prospecting.
- Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.

Requirements
- Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners-no cold calling or lead generation required.
- No roof climbing required.
- Technological proficiency in using an iPad.
Nice to have
- 6 weeks of paid training, plus earn full commission - not a draw.
Compensation
- On target earnings between $150K-$320K+ annually.
