Responsibilities

  • Lead the discovery, prioritization, requirements definition, and delivery of reporting and data product enhancements from concept through adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Engineering, Architecture, and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.
  • Support roadmap decisions by evaluating customer impact, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, operational considerations, and business value.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), product documentation, data definitions, and customer-facing enablement materials.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance workflows through AI or automation tools (e.g., document summarization, task routing, or data parsing).
  • Identify repetitive tasks and partner with team leads to implement scalable automation solutions.
  • Utilize AI tools to manage workload velocity - accelerating documentation, requirements, research, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • In 6 months… Independently lead discovery, requirements gathering, and customer conversations for product enhancements.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality requirements, documentation, and product recommendations.
  • Establish an effective AI-enabled workflow that supports quality execution across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is naturally curious, comfortable working with large and complex datasets, and excited to use data-driven insights to influence product decisions.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, data analysis, or a related discipline, with demonstrated progression in scope and ownership.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including the ability to independently query and analyze large, complex datasets.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, and analytical storytelling.
  • Experience translating business needs and data insights into product recommendations, requirements, and technical solutions.
  • Experience working with data governance frameworks, metadata management, data quality programs, reporting standards, or enterprise analytics initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience supporting product discovery, roadmap planning, product delivery, or customer-facing product initiatives.
  • Experience using Python or other analytical tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
