About the role
- We work with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors - the people who keep homes running - and we replace fragmented tools and manual workflows with AI agents that actually do the work.
- We started by going door-to-door, meeting 100+ contractors, and understanding how these businesses actually run.
- Recruiting is one of the most important functions at Broccoli.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles across levels - from early engineers to senior hires - done the Broccoli way.
- Collaborate with founders on the strategic side of recruiting: quality of hire, bar-raising, and building teams that scale, not just filling seats.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong track record of shipping great hires.
- You enjoy bringing creativity into recruiting - trying new things, iterating fast, and doing things differently.
- You have great instincts for spotting builders who thrive in ambiguity, ownership, and fast execution - not just polished resumes.
