Responsibilities
- Own assigned features start to finish - figure out the problem, design the solution, make sure it works
- Create end-to-end flows and high-fidelity designs
- Integrate compliance cues into your designs (with a basic grasp of fintech regulations)
- Contribute to our design system - components and patterns
- You're comfortable figuring things out on your own and escalate when needed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- You enjoy working with different teams and can get people on the same page
Nice to have
- Experience in a regulated industry (banking / fintech) is a plus
