  • As our Construction Division Manager, you'll oversee the operational success of the Construction Division, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership and direction to Project Managers and Field Services leadership Monitoring project schedules, budgets, manpower, and operational performance Planning resources to support current and upcoming projects (3-6 month planning horizon) Coaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of leaders Creating accountability through performance management and continuous feedback Reviewing operational and financial metrics to improve profitability and efficiency Partnering with executive leadership to analyze division performance and drive strategic initiatives Implementing scalable systems, processes, and operational improvements Ensuring an exceptional client experience from project kickoff through completion Promoting a culture centered around teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement Construction Division Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent industry experience.
  • 10+ years of landscape construction or commercial construction experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors, or project teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Aspire preferred.

Compensation

  • We offer a competitive compensation structure including a base salary of $115,000 to $130,000 (based on experience).
