Experience in a front-office client-facing role at a private bank, brokerage, or investment firm.
Background in equities trading, sales, or investment advisory.
Familiarity with U.S. and Hong Kong market structures and trading conventions.
Experience working with corporate accounts or multi-entity structures.
Track record of contributing to client retention or revenue growth initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and teach technology platforms
experience with trading platforms or brokerage systems is a strong plus.
