Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for business roles across multiple functions and levels, from individual contributors through senior leadership.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities, organizational design, and hiring needs, translating them into effective recruiting strategies.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
  • Manage candidate pipelines while delivering an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive structured interview processes that improve hiring quality and reduce bias through effective interview design and interviewer coaching.
  • Build strong relationships across HR, Compensation, People Operations, and business leadership to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Proofpoint is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for our Business Functions, with primary alignment to our Marketing and Customer Success organizations.
  • This role is responsible for partnering with senior business leaders to develop talent strategies, attract top-tier talent, and deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • You'll have the opportunity to influence hiring strategy, drive process improvements, and help scale two critical organizations that directly impact Proofpoint's growth and customer success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a high level of organization and accountability.

Nice to have

  • Experience using modern recruiting technologies, ATS platforms (Workday preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and AI-powered recruiting solutions.

Compensation

  • 136,200.00 - 214,005.00 USD
  • 112,700.00 - 177,100.00 USD
  • 101,600.00 - 159,720.00 USD
