About the role

  • Some of our many services include Civil, Environmental, Structural and Marine Engineering; Land Surveying; Land Planning; Landscape Architecture; Geographic Information Systems and Construction Administration.
  • Thomas & Hutton has an opening for a motivated and driven full-time Construction Administrator to work in Savannah, GA for our Infrastructure Construction team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
  • Review and process submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and other project-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, meetings, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Organize and maintain project files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid packages and contract documents.
  • Conduct site inspections and document observations.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to contractors and subcontractors.

Skills

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with environmental construction contracts and specifications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
