Requirements

  • 5+ year's experience in the areas of operations, supply chain, data management, finance, procurement, consulting
  • Consistent record of leading diverse & complex projects, combined with the ability to execute tactical activities & tasks
  • Proven experience working optimally in a matrixed and global organization

  • ClientCare Services Supply Chain Operations is looking for a highly analytical, motivated, self-driven individual with a strong planning & execution background.
  • The Supply Demand Planner ensures proper product allocation & execution thru the matching of supply & demand across the supply chain distribution sites.
  • MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Influence and triangulate cross-functional alignment within a matrixed organization
  • Analyze backlog & open order data and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Maximize daily billings per posted fill rate targets
  • Expert with SAP and Excel with the ability to assemble impactful reports on a recurring and ad-hoc basis, Tableau experience a plus
  • Proficiency in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software development, enhancing problem-solving capabilities and project efficiency a plus.
