Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs.
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 7 Years of Relevant Experience
Skills
- Experience in RGM, Commercial Analytics, Pricing, Trade Strategy, or related commercial functions.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate trade-offs between volume, revenue, profitability, and strategic growth objectives.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data environments and modern analytics architectures.
- Experience within Consumer Goods, OTC Healthcare, Medical Device, Retail, or related industries.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Experience with Python, R, SQL, machine learning frameworks, and advanced data engineering concepts preferred.
