About the role

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team on a contract basis.
You'll be the engine behind our interview process - keeping schedules tight, candidates informed, and recruiters unblocked.
This is a high-volume, high-impact role for someone who loves operational excellence and genuinely cares about the people moving through a hiring process.

Own interview scheduling end to end, across multiple roles and time zones simultaneously (75+ per week)
Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep the process moving
Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a recruiting support role with at least 1 year of experience
This position supports a team based on the East Coast, working hours for this role will be 9:00am-5:00pm EST

Familiarity with Greenhouse and/or ModernLoop
Experience with Google Calendar, Zoom, Gem
Comfort managing logistics across multiple time zones
Compensation and details
Rate: $25-$37.50/hour based on a standard 40-hour week.
Duration: 6 Months with an option to extend
