Responsibilities

- You'll apply advanced thinking, design expertise, and practical problem-solving to help equip military and allied forces with leading-edge systems.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of engineers and support personnel during project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or applicable scientific discipline is required Good verbal and written communication.
- Having 10+ years of related engineering experience.
- Proven experience with electronics hardware-oriented product development NPI
- Experience with Display products considered an asset
- Ability to assess the technical contribution from multiple disciplines, and then decide on the best course of action.
- Broad knowledge of the System development process and lifecycles, requirements definition and management.
- Broad knowledge of Supply chain management processes and procedures
- Applicants may be required to meet additional security requirements in order to gain access to technical data, classified areas or information that is subject to international regulations.
- You must be eligible to work in Canada.

- Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred.

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 CAD annual.
