About the role
- The Customer Operations team coordinates efforts among all internal groups to ensure we are aligned with our customer's needs and can deliver on our commitments with the highest level of integrity.
- The role requires strong data analysis and problem-solving skills as well as a creative and inquisitive nature to identify opportunities and address challenges in a professional and confident manner, along with championing new processes and inspiring other improvements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with procurement managers to drive improvements and ensure continuity of supply
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support customer allocations and priorities
- Collaborate with others to solve complex problems
- Matching gifts and volunteer programs to support causes you care about
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics and Data Systems or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Strong ability to leverage systems (SAP preferred) and data to influence decisions
