About Corvus Every physical good spends time in a warehouse, and every warehouse tracks their inventory.
Today, nearly 100% of warehouses track their inventory manually using barcode scanners and climbing forklifts.
Our fully autonomous Corvus One ™ drones use computer vision & robotics to automatically track inventory, improving worker safety and increasing labor efficiency.

Lead recruiting across various roles in a high-growth startup by running scalable operational processes, including scheduling, metrics, and pipeline management.
Ability to develop hiring criteria based on a strong set of recruiting values, while also creating a positive candidate experience
You will be instrumental in scaling Corvus Robotics by building out our talent acquisition process and bringing in top-tier candidates across a variety of roles.
We need a partner who is excited to help shape the future of our hiring program and is committed to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Demonstrated ability to source and run outreach campaigns (at least with napkin numbers and metrics), across different levels of experiences and backgrounds, including non-conventional methods

Experience working in robotics, deeptech, or supply chain automation
Track record of creative problem-solving in the talent acquisition process for challenging-to-fill roles
Experience working at an early-stage startup or joining a tech company early in its growth phase

Strong hands-on experience with recruiting operations, including scheduling, pipeline tracking, and offer generation (bonus if with a lightweight ATS)
