About the role

  • This role ensures the accurate handling, organization, and tracking of parts, supplies, and materials while assisting with the preparation and assembly of components used by field installation teams.
  • This position requires hands‑on mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic control panel assembly tasks, including mounting components, labeling parts, cutting and prepping wire, and organizing panel interiors.
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse area, including shelves, workstations, and storage areas.
  • Support logistical tasks such as coordinating deliveries, unloading trucks, and preparing materials for pickup.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, assembly work, or related hands‑on labor.
  • Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, or photos for simple assembly tasks.
  • Ability to work independently in a small warehouse environment.
  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, or control panel assembly.
  • Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and warehouse management systems.
