About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician at MOO, you'll be part of the East Providence maintenance team, responsible for preparing, configuring, and supporting a wide range of manufacturing equipment.
In this role, you will work as a team member of the Maintenance team, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues that impact production performance and uptime.
The Maintenance Technician will ensure that equipment, processes, are maintained, and operated so they run reliably and consistently across all operations.

Document all relevant details at the time of the call, including symptoms, error codes, operator reports, and any troubleshooting already performed
Maintain service history records to support trend analysis, preventive maintenance planning
Conduct high level PM's and record findings, be able to validate color management profiles to prevent drift and ensure consistent output
Provide technical support to operators by identifying and correcting issues that could impact production quality or uptime
Set, verify, and enforce correct heat, tension, and speed parameters to maintain consistent lamination quality and prevent production defects
Open service calls promptly when equipment issues exceed in house repair capability or require vendor support
