About the role

- This is a full-time, short-term assignment anticipated to end on or before November 30, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Support for OLT and National Organizing Director- 50% Provide scheduling support and follow-up tracking for key internal workstreams, including department heads and supervisors.
- Take notes and track action items for select meetings; support follow-up to ensure next steps are clearly documented and communicated Process and track expense reports in a timely and accurate manner Attend organizational-wide meetings and create a weekly organizing priorities email (internal email).

Requirements
- Experience with Google Office suite for content production and data management.
Compensation
- The salary for this position is $83,900 annually, and the role is expected to require 40 hours of work per week.
