About the role
- Nebius is looking for a Data Center Security Specialist to help safeguard our critical infrastructure in Oklahoma.
- In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining Nebius's physical security standards, ensuring compliance with global policies and regulatory frameworks, and maintaining a culture of security awareness across our operations.
- Oversee facility access requests, approvals, and revocations according to "least privilege" principles.
Responsibilities
- You will manage access control, perform security audits, collaborate with colocation partners, and support investigations or incident response activities.
- Implement and enforce physical security standards across Nebius data centers and partner facilities.
- Maintain an updated inventory of security controls and ensure their effective operation.
- Develop and deliver training for employees, vendors, and visitors on site security procedures.
Requirements
- Support internal and external audits with required evidence and documentation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security operations, preferably within data centers or critical infrastructure.
Skills
- Strong understanding of physical security technologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
