- In this role, you will help drive the next evolution of digital facilities and maintenance excellence across Moderna's global manufacturing operations.
- You will collaborate across global teams to improve workflow efficiency, strengthen system usability, and support scalable digital solutions that advance Moderna's manufacturing and facilities operations.
- Administer and support the Maximo enterprise asset management system, ensuring efficient and timely processing of work orders and maintenance records.
- Support digital transformation initiatives focused on modernizing maintenance and facilities management processes across global manufacturing sites.
Requirements
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in engineering, facilities management, information systems, business administration, or a related technical discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in business administration, engineering, facilities management, or a related environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
- AI, analytics, automation, or Maximo-related certifications are advantageous but not required.
Skills
- Reduce manual effort and enhance usability through process simplification, automation, and system optimization activities.
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $74,000.00 - $118,400.00.
