About the role
- The Activity Director ensures the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the activity programming for the Health Center residents and that all State of Ohio Rules are followed and maintained in regard to Activity requirements.

Requirements
- Must have strong program development and management skills
- Must be creative and motivating to both individuals and groups of people
- Must have a mission-driven passion for serving older adults
- Must have excellent customer service skills, good judgement and decision-making skills
- Must have excellent communication
- Must have excellent communication skills: listening, verbal and written
- Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize and utilize effective time management skills and be flexible to adjust to impromptu situations on a regular basis
- Education: Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Activity Director Certification or willingness to obtain per regulations.
