About the role
- Team members use a variety of tools and equipment to assemble products in the manufacturing and repair of electrical components.
Responsibilities
- Perform go-no-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Perform intermediate assembly tasks such as potting, encapsulating, conformal coating, cleaning, epoxy bonding and curing of assemblies.
- Ability to utilize hand tools to perform assembly functions (ex. Screw drivers, measuring devices, adjustable end wrench, various crimping devices.

Requirements
- Years of Experience: 0
- Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
- Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and diagrams, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Box and label product according to standards.
- The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects in close working proximity.
- The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
