About the role

  • We're looking for an Onsite Compliance Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, intake, scan, and store compliance documents (titles, MSOs, registrations).
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready digital and physical records.
  • Support new registrations, renewals, and interstate transfers.
  • Validate documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
  • Process inbound and outbound mail, support shipment tracking and coordination, and escalate discrepancies or issues to management.
  • You will ensure vehicles are compliant, documentation is accurate, and operational workflows are executed efficiently to support timely vehicle deployment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/equivalent required.
  • 2 years' professional experience in office environment.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or compliance-related role.
  • Prepare in-vehicle compliance packets (registration, insurance, permits) and ensure all required documents are complete prior to shipment.

Nice to have

  • Automotive industry experience highly desired.
  • Experience with document processing or data entry preferred.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Compensation

  • The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 - $64,355 annually.
