- Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of assigned leadership and as applicable to assigned area(s).

Responsibilities
- include supporting patients with activities of daily living, obtaining and reporting vital signs, documenting care accurately, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
- You will communicate with nursing leadership and appropriate team members to help coordinate patient care priorities, report changes in condition, and support daily department operations.
- Meaningful Patient Connections - Support patients during their hospital stay by providing compassionate, hands-on care that promotes comfort, dignity, and safety.
Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Required:
- Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate.
- Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area.
- Must possess an understanding of confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines.
- Preferred:
- Previous work experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Ability to function both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and supporting a team-focused environment.
- Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to set priorities.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and learn other software systems as needed.
