About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who will play a key role in leading complex technology, ERP initiatives, and the delivery of Enterprise application projects including project support of the latest S/4 HANA solution. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader who is comfortable taking ownership, pushing through obstacles, holding
stakeholders accountable, and ensuring work gets done. A solid foundation in SAP is required, and the familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus; but the focus of this role is delivery, execution, and leadership rather than configuration.

Own project scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes, ensuring initiatives stay on track and aligned with business priorities.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development/support teams
Drive integration across SAP and other enterprise applications
Work directly with the business users to gather requirements, coordinate and execute user testing, coordinate and execute user training, and provide end user support.
Work directly with technical teams to successfully deliver Enterprise Application Projects to manufacturing sites throughout Flowserve.
Actively manage risks, issues, opportunities and change, escalating when needed and pushing for resolution.
Evaluate ERP and business processes and drive continuous improvement and standardization across manufacturing operations.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5-10 years of experience leading SAP and ERP-related projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of SAP and end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.).
Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
20-30% of travel required
