Responsibilities
- Plan and manage contractor work BOP and turbine repair
- Manage O&M building janitorial tasks, including trash removal and cleanliness.
- Engage/monitor workers employed at the site for seasonal tasks. Manage workload. Develop a list of appropriate tasks to be addressed by temporary labor.
- Perform (or cause to be performed) site maintenance, including without limitation:
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have strong leadership ability, including the ability to develop, educate, and ensure the safety of others.
Nice to have
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Equipment operator preferred
- High voltage training
Skills
- O & M management skills
- Understanding general workplace safety and the ability to follow safety standards and help the company improve upon the standards in place.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, cross-functional, and geographically diverse organization.
- Excellent hands-on abilities with strong technical skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations
- Demonstrates proactive enthusiasm for solving problems and adding value to the company.
- Communicates openly and honestly and does not engage in gossip.
- Models professional behaviors of conduct and etiquette.

- Employees in this role are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, wellness benefits, and an annual bonus opportunity based on company and individual performance.
