About the role
- Doss's Forward Deployed Services (FDS) team is the core engine of DOSS and the success of our customers.
- This unique role sits at the intersection of product, data, operations, implementation and customer partnership.
- The team is responsible for the entire post-sales product operations and implementation lifecycle:
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end post sales customer lifecycle from discovery, design, product implementation and go-live across our bigger clients - you are responsible for ensuring our clients achieve success and value from DOSS
- Build new product capabilities that help support DOSS's push to upper mid market and enterprise clients
- Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform
- Support end-to-end ERP lifecycle process and success for our clients
- Build new product capabilities/solutions within the DOSS ERP platform
Requirements
- You have experience in high-pressure roles within startups, consulting, finance etc. - these are your real preferences, not your stated preferences.
- You can grok hard engineering and logic problems from a place of intuition, not memorization.
- 3+ years in engineering (industrial, process, computer etc.), consulting, finance, operations, product operations or technical program management at a technology company
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations required for successful implementations
Nice to have
- While having previous ERP or industry experience is strongly preferred, our current team comes from a mix of business and technical backgrounds.
- Strong analytical mindset
- experience with SQL is a plus (but not required)
- ERP experience not required (but is a major plus)
