- Knowledge and experience with sustainable design and manufacturing are a plus

They'll be focused on elevating the consumer experience by creating materials that are performance and trend-relevant for a range of products while driving an emotional connection to materials for the consumer through the use of narrative and storytelling and by pushing the edges of sustainable footwear material design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

- At least 8 years' experience in materials design for wearable product
- Ability to create/set design direction and material toolbox for silo or product collection.
- Ability to effectively communicate, and present design concepts to internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to partner closely with NXT to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging innovations into the product creation process and product portfolio.
- Experienced with presentation programs: Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
