Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, developer-focused content including user guides, programming guides, API/reference docs, technical notes, and release notes
- Develop meaningful examples that help developers quickly understand and apply QNX technologies
- Partner with engineers, architects, and product managers to gather insights directly from source code, designs, and real-world use cases
- Work with technical project managers to plan and deliver documentation aligned with product timelines
- Maintain and evolve documentation toolchains using DITA-OT, including customization with CSS and XSLT
- Experience building or optimizing documentation toolchains
Requirements
- Strong understanding of information architecture, structured authoring, and modern documentation practices
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Compensation
- $73,600.00 - $103,500.00
- Please be advised that the compensation hiring range indicated herein is provided solely as a good-faith estimate of expected base compensation for the position.
- The actual compensation offered will be determined at the time of hire and is contingent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and results of assessments conducted during the hiring process.
- The BlackBerry Variable Incentive Pay (VIP) program is an organization-wide bonus incentive program which aims to reward full-time eligible employees for their contribution to BlackBerry's success.
- VIP payments are made in addition to base salary and factor in company's performance as a way for employees to share in BlackBerry's achievements.
