Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- General knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders or in physically active settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, co-workers, and event staff.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours.
- Education and/or Experience
- Prior experience in facilities, building maintenance, or event support preferred.
- Experience in a performing arts or live event environment a plus.

- Prioritizes tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
Nice to have
- Monitor and report facility issues requiring repair or vendor attention.
- Assist with set-up and breakdown for performances, private events, and meetings, including moving furniture, equipment, tables, and signage.
- Conduct routine inspections of backstage and public spaces for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Works cooperatively in group situations.
- Adjusts effectively to shifting event and maintenance demands.
- Modifies approach as circumstances change.
