About the role

  • Position: Assistant Clinical Director - BCBA Location: 700 S.
  • This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, quality improvement, and helping shape a positive and sustainable clinical culture.

Responsibilities

  • The Assistant Clinical Director supports the Clinical Director in overseeing clinical operations, maintaining treatment quality, mentoring clinical teams, and helping ensure alignment with clinical, ethical, and payer expectations.
  • Our Assistant Clinical Directors play a critical role in supporting clinical excellence, mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, and helping create stable, high-quality treatment environments for children and families.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in the field of ABA as a BCBA, preferably 2 years & in a supervisory role.
  • Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations Previous experience supervising clinical staff and/or mentoring
