Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
  • Technical proficiency aligning to assigned capability area
  • Relevant experience with specific skills:
  • Proficiency in sales, marketing, market research, campaign creation, copywriting, content ideation, storyboarding, creative storytelling, or experience design
  • Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Advertising, Business Technology, Computer Science, Data and Analytics, Design, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Management, Marketing, Strategy, or related fields)
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Works effectively in teams, as well as independently
  • Creative and analytical
  • Passionate about evaluating, synthesizing, organizing, and interpreting data and information
  • Embraces challenges with a growth mindset and contributes to meaningful outcomes
  • Seeks feedback and guidance to strengthen performance
  • Drives to obtain professional certifications and maintains a strong academic background

Skills

  • Introductory knowledge of strategy consulting and transformation project risks and strategies for managing and mitigating them
  • A foundation in strategy, management, entrepreneurship, innovation and disruption, and business frameworks and concepts
  • Familiarity with digital technologies, engineering, business intelligence and analytics frameworks, and concepts

  • $75,000 - $92,000.00
  • Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities.
  • Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

Compensation

  • Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule.
