Responsibilities

  • Develop and submit cost reports related to labor hours, potentially including project-to-date actual costs using specialized software such as CostTracker, etc.
  • Payroll Support:
  • Maintain and update employee records, including charge numbers and other relevant information
  • General Office Administrative Support:
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support project managers and field staff

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Minimum of two (2) years of timekeeping, payroll or data entry experience required
  • Strong data entry skills and experience with time-tracking and/or billing software (e.g. TRACK, QuickBooks, Sage 300, etc.) will be carefully considered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Valid Driver's License and pre-access drug and alcohol testing required
  • Pre-employment background checks will be required
  • Must be able to lift at least 20lbs. at times
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk and work on a computer
