Responsibilities

  • Alpha's Asset & Wealth Management Consulting team partners with some of the world's largest asset managers, wealth managers, and investment firms to solve complex business challenges and drive strategic change.
  • Your day may include analyzing data, conducting industry research, building presentations for senior stakeholders, participating in client workshops, and helping develop recommendations to solve business challenges.
  • Consultants work with clients to implement new financial services platforms, improve data architecture, streamline business processes, and unlock better insights through analytics and reporting.
  • Your day may include analyzing data, conducting research, building presentations, gathering business requirements, participating in client meetings, and helping develop solutions to operational and technology challenges.
  • This stage is designed to assess the skills consultants use every day, including problem-solving, structured thinking, analysis, communication, and creativity.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach problems in a structured way
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently
  • Be willing to travel as needed for client engagements, workshops, and team events (significant travel is not typically required)

Compensation

  • A base salary of $93,000 USD with discretionary bonus scheme based on company and personal performance
  • 25 days of annual paid time off, 7 days of sick leave, plus US holidays
