About the role

  • The Treasury Management - Integrated Receivables Implementation & Support Manager is responsible for the successful setup, activation, and ongoing support of commercial treasury solutions.
  • This role provides direct support to clients, Sales partners, and technical contacts, primarily focused on Integrated Receivables products, including eBill Present & Pay (EBPP) and Print & Mail, ensuring accurate configuration, documentation, and execution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • The IR - Service & Onboarding Mgr owns end-to-end onboarding activities, establishes implementation milestones, tracks progress, and proactively identifies and resolves issues to ensure timely and successful client go-lives.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements (file formats, ERP, posting rules).
  • Submit, manage, and track TM onboarding and maintenance requests.
  • Own implementation timelines and deliverables from kickoff through client go-live.
  • Develop and manage strong, consultative relationships with commercial clients.
  • Support client enablement activities, including documentation completion, training coordination, and activation verification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years Commercial Treasury Management banking background with experience driving complex implementations and delivering results under demanding timelines
  • 5+ years experience onboarding Commercial Treasury solutions and executing both technical and client-facing components of implementations
  • 5+ years analytical skills with experience creating and monitoring performance and implementation metrics
