Responsibilities
- Direct Execution: Maintain high-level accuracy by personally performing journal entries and complex reconciliations as needed.
- Cash Management: Manage a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast and monitor debt covenant compliance.
- Internal Controls: Establish and enforce robust accounting policies to mitigate risk and drive best practices across the organization.
- Audit & Tax: Coordinate external audits and tax filings; maintain documentation to support clean audit opinions.
- FP&A Support: Provide financial analysis and insights to the CFO and leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Clear communicator and dependable partner to the CFO and executive leadership.
- Maintain high-level accuracy by personally performing journal entries and complex reconciliations as needed.

Nice to have
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting and internal controls.
- Proficiency in accounting systems (particularly NetSuite) and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in related role.
Compensation
- Reporting: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to produce timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
