Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for improvement.
- Design and deliver training for your leasing professionals, focusing on sales techniques, customer service, and compliance.
- Use data to track lead conversion rates, call outcomes, and lease execution metrics.
- Maintain high customer service standards to ensure positive interactions with prospective and current residents.

Skills
- Ensure new hires are fully onboarded and equipped to meet performance standards.
- Streamline workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency in leasing practices.
- Monitor key performance metrics and ensure teams meet or exceed leasing goals.
- Conduct quality checks through secret shopping to identify areas for improvement.
- Address and resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation
- Ability to earn up to an additional $10,000 per year
- $50,000 Annually
