About the role

This is a full-time onsite (hybrid) position based out of HQ located in New York, requiring up to 40% travel.

Partners with clients to create and execute on-time implementation plans, balancing time and budget with high customer satisfaction.
Leads key activities including workflow assessment and optimization, roll-out planning, training plan development, change management road-mapping, Go-Live Support.
Develops and maintains expertise on all CureMD solutions.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will own the client onboarding experience by planning, executing, and coordinating CureMD and client activities, tracking progress, and managing project risks.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent project management experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing EMR systems, electronic health records, practice management, and/or patient portal implementations in the outpatient/ambulatory space.
Proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules.
Strong client and relationship focus with proven ability to build and develop effective relationships with staff at all levels.
Self-starter with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Ability to work with multiple groups including internal and external teams and manage expectations.
Willingness to travel nationally up to 40% of the time.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
